1. Eligibility

Agro Unicorn is a B2B platform intended for use by commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and other food service providers. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or non-verified entities.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed before 11:00 PM for next-day delivery. All prices are listed in NPR and may include applicable VAT. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or agreed terms for regular clients.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available 6 days a week (Sunday–Friday). Express delivery is subject to availability. Agro Unicorn is not liable for delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Product Quality

We strive to provide fresh, quality-assured products. Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within the return window.

5. Liability

Agro Unicorn is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper storage, or preparation of the products post-delivery.

6. Changes

We may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
